From FDR Monument

The FDR memorial was pretty blah, all the more so for its lame attempts to be engaging. The many cherry trees planted around this inlet of the Potomac were by far and away more interesting (you can see the flowers on the ground, the rains having washed most of them off the trees). Washington, DC has already been so over-photographed, so i figured i had to put myself in many of these pictures to set them apart. Bad lighting in this case, unfortunately.
