Yawn is right

Apologies to this woman, but, yes, it is kind of boring. This is the view down the capitol mall from the Congress. In the foreground is a statue of Ulysses S. Grant, then a reflecting pond, then some "open space", the Smithsonian Institute on the left, the national archives on the right, the Washington Monument, the World War II Memorial, another reflecting pond and then the Lincoln Memorial. Whatev. I like symmetry and all, but this is ridiculous. Fucking masons... While i was here, an Indian woman was berated by a guy with an assault rifle for straying 20 feet from her child's stroller. The opposite side of Congress is under construction and swarming with DC Police.
